摘要

[目的/意义]探索科研人员个人学术信息管理工具使用意愿影响因素,构建相关理论模型,为开发设计有效的个人学术信息管理工具,提高信息利用率和科研工作效率提供理论指导和建议。[方法/过程]基于扎根理论的研究方法,采用理论饱和抽样的方法对17名科研人员进行面对面的包含开放性问题的半结构化访谈,通过编码分析归纳科研人员个人学术信息管理工具使用意愿影响因素,包括感知有用性、感知易用性、个体因素和情境因素,构建相应的理论模型。同时按照本研究对科研人员需求调查分析选取常用的8种学术信息管理工具进行比较分析,从信息分类获取、存储管理、组织和交流共享等方面进行对比。[结果/结论]面向科研人员的个人学术信息管理工具构建需要考虑到用户界面、信息组织结构、弥补用户认知局限、解决信息同步共享、保障学术信息安全、符合用户使用习惯、支持语义整合和推送并进行团队科研信息共享。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] The article explores the influence factors of scientific researchers' intention to use personal information management tools and constructs a related conceptual frame model, which provides theoretical guidance and advice to develop effective personal information management tool, and improve the information utilization and work efficiency.[Method/process] The qualitative data is collected from 17 scientific researchers using semi-structured interviews. Then four primary factors that influence the intention to use personal academic information management tools are conclued according to coding analysis based on grounded theory and the influence factors model is constructed, including perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, individual factors and contextual factors. Meanwhile according to the investigation and analysis of scientific researchers' demands, eight commonly used academic information management tools are selected by this study for comparative analysis, from the aspects of information classification and acquisition, storage management, organization and communication and sharing.[Result/conclusion] The construction of personal academic information management tool for scientific researchers needs should take into consideration the users' interface, information organization structure, users' cognitive limitations, information synchronization sharing, academic information security, users' usage habits, semantic integration and pushing and team research information sharing.
