[目的/意义]问卷调查法在图书馆学界已经得到相对普遍的使用，但具体的实施情况如何尚有争议，希望能够通过对2017年图书馆学使用问卷调查法开展研究的状况有一个完整的了解。[方法/过程]逐篇查阅《图书情报工作》《图书情报知识》等11种被CSSCI收录的图书馆学核心期刊2017年发表的以问卷调查法为主要研究方法的143篇文章，对这些文章的施测对象、研究主题、样本量、问卷有效回收率、人口学特征、受资助情况、问卷设计与施测的规范化程度以及数据分析方法的使用情况等进行分析。[结果/结论]调查发现，问卷调查法虽然在图书馆学领域得到较为普遍的应用，但在问卷调查法的使用中，特别是在问卷调查法文章的写作中，还存在着研究对象较为单一，研究主题较为集中；"大样本量"的问卷调查较少；量表类文章的规范程度远高于问卷类文章；预测试缺失，抽样方法被忽略；研究者对信效度检验的重视程度不够；数据分析方法使用较为单一，缺乏对数据的深入挖掘等诸多问题。

[Purpose/significance] The questionnaire survey method has been relatively widely used in the field of library science, but the specific implementation situation is still controversial. The paper aims to give a complete understanding of the status of the 2017 Library Science Questionnaire article in this article.[Method/process] All the articles published in 11 CSSCI library magazines in 2017 that used questionnaire method were reviewed and analyzed about their survey objects, research topics, sample size, effective recovery rate of questionnaire, demographic characteristics, funding status, and quantity, preparation, and their statistical methods.[Result/conclusion] The results showed that, although questionnaire investigation in the field of library science had a good application, there were still problems, such as research angle, scope of research objects, sample size of the questionnaire, the differences in the degree of specification between the articles in the scales and the articles in the questionnaires, less use of pre-test and sampling methods, lack of reliability and validity test, and single data analysis method.
