摘要

[目的/意义]对2012年至2018年的4份ACRL《高校图书馆发展大趋势报告》进行对比和分析,希望为促进国内高校图书馆的转型发展提供参考。[方法/过程]重点解读《高校图书馆发展大趋势报告:2018版》中的出版商与数据库商发展新趋势、虚假新闻与信息素养、图书馆项目管理方法、教科书的支付能力与开放教育资源、学习分析和数据收集与伦理问题、研究数据采集和文本挖掘与数据科学、馆藏管理等七大发展趋势。[结果/结论]提出借鉴国外先进经验、制定中国版图书馆发展趋势报告、加强数字素养教育、关注信息伦理问题、探索循证采购模式等建议。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] The article compares and analyzes four version of ACRL Academic Library Development Trend Reports from 2012 to 2018, hopes to provide reference for promoting the transformation and development of domestic university libraries.[Method/process] It focused on the seven development trends in the report of Academic Library Development Trend Reports, including the trends of publishers and database vendors, false news and information literacy, library project management methods, textbook affordability and open education resources, data analysis and data collection, researching text mining and data science and collection management.[Result/conclusion] It also puts forward some suggestions, such as drawing on the experience of foreign countries and making Chinese version of library trend report, strengthening user's digital literacy education, exploring evidence-based acquisitions mode and paying attention to information ethics.
