[目的/意义]调查与分析我国高校图书馆学科服务团队建设现状和面临的困境,从团队视角提出针对性建议,对提高图书馆创新服务水平具有现实意义。[方法/过程]通过对上海4所高校图书馆访谈和全国52所高校图书馆问卷调查,从学科服务团队构成、专职学科馆员情况、学科服务团队领导者等6个方面分析我国高校图书馆学科服务团队建设现状。[结果/结论]目前学科服务团队人员组建较为合理,团队领导年轻化,决策支持、科研数据支撑、学科态势分析逐步成为学科服务工作的重点。但学科服务团队存在着高校图书馆对学科服务重要性认识存在分歧、学科馆员能力与知识储备面临挑战、学科服务团队建设不足等问题与困境。
[Purpose/significance] Investigating the current situation and predicament of subject service team construction in Chinese university libraries and putting forward specific suggestion from the perspective of the team have practical significance to improve the innovative service level of university libraries.[Method/process] Based on interviews with four university libraries in Shanghai and a questionnaire survey of fifty-two university libraries, this paper analyzes the current situation and predicament of the subject service teams construction of Chinese university libraries from six aspects,including the composition of subject service teams,the situation of full-time subject librarians,and the leaders of subject service team.[Result/conclusion] The existing staff structure of subject service team is reasonable,team leaders are getting younger,decision support,scientific research support and subject situation analysis have gradually become the focus of subject service work.However,there are some difficulties in the construction of subject service team,such as university libraries have different views on the importance of subject service,the challenge of subject librarian ability and knowledge reserve,and the lack of subject service team construction.
