[目的/意义]分析高校图书馆学科馆员参与学科资源建设的现状与需要解决的问题，构建良好的学科资源布局。[方法/过程]通过问卷调查和案例分析，阐述学科馆员参与学科资源建设的必要性与可行性，总结北京建筑大学图书馆学科馆员参与学科资源建设的实践过程、经验和问题。[结果/结论]学科馆员在学科资源建设中发挥着不可替代的作用，在数字时代，学科馆员的角色已发生变化，学科馆员在学科资源建设中多方面发挥更加重要的作用。

[Purpose/significance] In order to analyze the present situation of subject librarians participating in the construction of subject resources and the problems to be solved, a good layout of subject resources should be constructed.[Method/process] Through questionnaire survey and case analysis, this paper expounds the necessity and possibility of subject librarians participating in the construction of subject literature resources, and summarizes the practical exploration of subject librarians participating in the construction of subject literature resources in Beijing Architectural University Library.[Result/conclusion] Subject librarians play an irreplaceable role in the construction of subject literature resources. In the digital age, the role of subject librarians has changed. It is necessary to play a more important role in the construction of subject resources for subject librarians in many aspects.
