[目的/意义]古籍特藏文献是高校图书馆重要的馆藏文献资源，但是古籍特藏服务却不尽人意。《"十三五"时期全国古籍保护工作规划》强调将古籍利用作为工作重点，"双一流"建设要求高校图书馆积极拓展文化服务功能。提升古籍特藏服务有利于进一步实现古籍在教学科研及传统文化方面的价值。[方法/过程]通过国外文献调研和网络调研，介绍3所国外一流高校的古籍特藏服务，分析其在支持教学、科研、文化服务方面的特点。[结果/结论]国内高校图书馆古籍特藏服务应从开展教学活动、开放合作促进馆藏研究、加强面向非专业读者的服务3方面提升服务水平。
[Purpose/significance] The collection of ancient books is important literature resources, but the service has some deficiencies. me dFive-Year Period's Planning of Protection of Ancient Booksk emphasizes that the use of ancient books is key work, and "Double First-Class" construction requires university library to expand culture functions. Upgrading service level is beneficial to explore the value of ancient books in teaching and research and traditional culture.[Method/process] It introduces the special collection service of ancient books in three world-class universities by means of overseas paper research and network investigation. Each university has their own characteristics in supporting teaching, research and culture service.[Result/conclusion] There are three ways to improve the level of special collection service, including supporting teaching, opening cooperation to promote collection research, and strengthening service for non-professional readers.
