摘要

[目的/意义]多媒体网络舆情知识库群互操作机理能够快速、高效、精准地为政府舆情监管部门提供网络舆情监控服务。[方法/过程]在探讨多媒体网络舆情知识库群互操作相关研究的基础上，对多媒体网络舆情知识库群互操作要素、机理进行分析，从数据聚合、子库协同、调度管控、算法匹配、需求反馈、交互服务、协议适配7个方面展开知识库群互操作机理论述，并深度解析机理与要素、过程以及机理间的相互作用关系。[结果/结论]完善多媒体网络舆情知识库群互操作的基础理论研究，为多媒体网络舆情知识库群建设提供可靠的理论依据。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Interoperability of Multimedia Network Public Opinion Knowledge Base Groups can provide network public opinion monitoring service for government public opinion supervision department quickly, efficiently and accurately.[Method/process] On the basis of discussing the correlative research of multimedia network public opinion knowledge base group, this paper analyses the interoperability elements and mechanism of multimedia network public opinion knowledge base group, and discusses the interoperability mechanism of knowledge base group from seven aspects:data aggregation, sub-database collaboration, scheduling control, algorithm matching, demand feedback, interactive service and protocol adaptation, and deeply analyses the mechanism, elements, process and the interaction between the mechanisms.[Result/conclusion] The paper promoted the basic theoretical research of the interoperability of multimedia network public opinion knowledge base group, and provided a reliable theoretical basis for the construction of multimedia network public opinion knowledge base group.
