[目的/意义] 针对数字图书馆在发展过程中存在的"信息孤岛"等问题，构建一种新型的数字图书馆信息资源安全共享模型，以打破资源拥有者与需求者之间的壁垒，改善数字图书馆资源共享现状。[方法/过程] 引入区块链联盟链技术，构建基于数字图书馆联盟链的信息资源安全共享模型，对模型的基本结构、技术手段、功能需求、共享机制等内容进行详细探讨，并对其特点和优势进行分析。[结果/结论] 本研究构建的数字图书馆信息资源安全共享模型具有较高的安全性、较好的互操作性以及良好的运作效率等特点，能够有效地解决"信息孤岛"问题，促进信息资源安全共享。
[Purpose/significance] In view of the information island appearing in the development process of digital library, an attempt is made to construct a new type of digital library information resource security sharing model, break down the direct barriers between resource owners and demanders, and improve the current situation of resource sharing in digital libraries.[Method/process] Using the blockchain alliance chain technology, the paper constructs the information resource security sharing model based on the digital library alliance chain, and discusses the basic structure, technical means, functional requirements, sharing mechanism and other contents of the model. Then it analyzes its characteristics and advantages.[Result/conclusion] The digital library information resource security sharing model constructed in this paper has the characteristics of high security, good interoperability and good operational efficiency, which can effectively solve the problem of information island and promote the safe sharing of information resources.
