摘要

[目的/意义] 随着社会化平台在人们日常生活中的作用愈发突显,如何充分发挥这些社会化平台的作用与价值,提高平台使用的有效性成为各应用领域亟待解决的重要问题,社会化平台使用的有效性研究也变得尤为重要。从用户使用行为视角,探讨社会化平台有效使用测量指标的构建是一种有益的探索。[方法/过程] 本研究引入信息系统有效使用相关研究成果,选择求职领域这一特定情境,结合文献调研、用户访谈、专家咨询及探索性因子分析(EFA)确定有效使用测量量表,并通过调研数据的结构方程模型分析,验证所构建测量量表的适用性与实用性。[结果/结论] 所构建量表具有较好的信度和效度,适合用于评价求职领域社会化平台有效使用情况,进而为平台的改进和完善提供实践性建议。另一方面,本研究也为其他任务情境下的系统有效使用研究提供思路,所构建的有效使用测量量表也可通过适当修改应用于其他系统。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] As social platforms become increasingly prominent in people's everyday lives,how to give full play to the role and value of these social platforms and improve the effectiveness of platform use has become an important issue to be solved in various application fields.And the need for focused research related to the usage effectiveness of social platform has become particularly important.From the perspective of users' behavior, it is a beneficial exploration to explore the construction of evaluation index for effective use of social platforms.[Method/process] Based on the prior research of IS effective use,this paper developed a measurement scale on effective use of social platform under the specific situation of job hunting by a mixed method research with the literature research,user interview,expert interview and Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA),and verified the applicability and practicability of the scale through structural equation model analysis of the survey data.[Result/conclusion] The developed scale has good reliability and validity in evaluating the effective use of social platforms in the job hunting filed,and then providing practical suggestions for the improvement of the platform. On the other hand, this study also provides ideas for the research of IS effective use in other task contexts. The constructed measurement scale for effective use can also be applied to other systems through appropriate modifications.
