社交媒体用户隐私披露意愿影响因素模型及实证研究

摘要

[目的/意义] 频繁发生的社交媒体用户隐私泄露事件,影响了用户隐私披露意愿。通过揭示社交媒体用户隐私披露意愿的影响因素,为社交媒体平台运营商优化服务提供参考。[方法/过程] 基于隐私计算理论、沟通隐私管理理论等,从个体理性与感性因素双重视角构建社交媒体用户隐私披露意愿模型。以微信平台为例,通过网络问卷调查方式收集有效问卷468份,使用偏最小二乘结构方程模型方法(PLS-SEM)进行模型构建的合理性验证。[结果/结论] 研究发现,在理性视角下:隐私控制正向影响隐私披露意愿,隐私风险、隐私关注负向影响隐私披露意愿;隐私风险正向影响隐私关注,隐私控制负向影响隐私关注。在感性视角下:社交媒体信任、习惯正向影响隐私披露意愿,角色压力负向影响隐私披露意愿。隐私关注在隐私风险、隐私控制对隐私披露意愿的影响中均起部分中介作用。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Frequent privacy leakage incidents of social media users affect the intention of users to disclose privacy. By revealing the influencing factors of social media users' privacy disclosure intention, this paper provides a reference for social media platform operators to optimize services.[Method/process] Based on privacy calculus theory, communication privacy management theory etc., this paper constructed the privacy disclosure intention model of social media users from the dual perspectives of individual emotional and rational factors. Taking WeChat platform as an example, 468 valid responses were obtained through network questionnaire survey, and PLS-SEM was used to verify the rationality of model construction.[Result/conclusion] The study finds that privacy control, privacy risk, privacy concerns all have a significant influence on privacy disclosure intention from the rational aspect. The influence of is positive while that of the other two factors is negative. Privacy risk and privacy control have a significant influence on privacy concerns. The influence of privacy risk is positive while that of privacy control is negative. From the perceptual aspect, three factors have a significant influence on privacy disclosure intention. social media trust and habit which have a positive impact; role stress which has a negative impact. Privacy concerns play a partial mediating effect between privacy risk and privacy disclosure intention, as well as partially mediate the relationships between privacy control and privacy disclosure intention.
