[目的/意义] 口述历史以独特的人文属性传承历史记忆，因其具有弥足史料、保护文化遗产等功能受到广泛关注，构建我国口述历史建设保障机制，对口述历史价值实现及可持续发展具有重要意义。[方法/过程] 运用网络调查、文献调研、E-mail咨询等方法对当前口述历史建设现状予以揭示。[结果/结论] 从战略政策导向、组织人员规划、技术驱动支撑、法律伦理联动、资金筹措供应5个维度构建保障机制，就如何助力口述历史建设可持续发展进行深入探讨，有利于完善我国口述历史建设体系，促进口述历史长足发展。
[Purpose/significance] Oral history inherits historical memories with its unique humanistic attribute, and has been widely concerned with the functions of enriching historical materials and protecting cultural heritage. It is of great significance to construct the guarantee mechanism of oral history construction in China to promote the realization of value and sustainable development of oral history.[Method/process] Through the methods of network survey, literature survey, E-mail consultation, etc., the current situation of oral history construction was revealed.[Result/conclusion] This paper constructs a guarantee mechanism from five dimensions: strategic policy orientation, organizational＆personnel planning, technology driven support, legal and ethical linkage, and fund-raising and supply, and makes an in-depth discussion on how to boost the sustainable development of oral history construction, which is conducive to improving the construction system of oral history in China and promoting the long-term development of oral history.
