[目的/意义] 多媒体资源是图书馆文献资源建设的重要组成部分,但一直缺乏有效的管理手段,为解决当前对多媒体资源收集、整理与服务的难题,进一步挖掘多媒体资源潜在价值,急需提高图书馆对多媒体资源的信息化管理能力,构建符合读者需求的、读者参与的多媒体服务平台。[方法/过程] 采用文献调研法和实证研究法,分析当前国内外图书馆多媒体资源建设的不足,从图书馆和读者的需求出发,提出图书馆必须构建多媒体资源管理系统MRMS,通过实践提出MRMS的系统架构和系统功能。[结果/结论] 以重庆大学图书馆"+馆藏"系统为实验平台,验证MRMS系统不仅支持图书馆整合自有多媒体资源和数字特藏资源,全面实现多媒体资源的数字化管理及利用,还为读者提供基于线上PC端、APP及小程序的多种访问方式,倡导读者自己上传多媒体资源,同时在线服务平台与线下声音图书馆相结合,以多样化服务途径和新颖服务方式,提高多媒体资源的利用率。

[Purpose/significance] Multimedia resources are an important part of the construction of library literature resources, but lacking of effective management methods. In order to solve the current problems of collecting, sorting and serving multimedia resources, and further excavate the potential value of multimedia resources, it is urgent to improve the library's information management capabilities of multimedia resources, and build a multimedia service platform that can meet the demand of readers and readers' participation. [Method/process] This paper applied documents research and empirical study to analyze the current shortages of multimedia resource construction in domestic and foreign libraries. Based on the needs of the libraries and readers, it is proposed that the libraries must build a multimedia resource management system MRMS, and put forward the system architecture and functions by practice. [Result/conclusion] This paper adopt the "+ collection" system of Chongqing University Library as an example, It Verified that the MRMS system should not only support libraries to integrate multimedia resources and digital special collection resources, fully realize the digital management and utilization of multimedia resources, It also provide readers with multiple access methods based on online PC, APP and small program, and advocate readers to upload multimedia resources by themselves. At the same time, the online service platform is combined with the offline sound library, with diversified service ways and novel service methods to improve the utilization of multimedia resources.
