摘要

[目的/意义] "一带一路"沿线国家经济管理数据库亟需建设，以便为"一带一路"沿线国家经济发展提供服务，推进"一带一路"倡议。[方法/过程] 选取33家"一带一路"专题数据库作为调查对象，利用网络调研法获取其资源领域、资源来源、资源类型、语种、参与国家等方面的信息，并对其进行分析。[结果/结论] 调查发现当前"一带一路"专题数据库建设过程中存在的不足，主要是：资源领域划分不一、资源来源渠道较单一、资源类型不够丰富、支持多语种数据库数量较少、沿线国家较少参与专题数据库资源建设，并从资源领域、资源来源、资源类型、语种和国别5个维度对"一带一路"沿线国家经济管理数据库资源建设策略进行探讨。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] It is urgent to build the economic management database of the countries along "the Belt and Road" to provide services for the economic development of the countries along "the Belt and Road" and promote "the Belt and Road" initiative. [Method/process] 33 related databases on "the Belt and Road" were selected as the survey object, and the network survey method was used to obtain information on their resource field, resource sources, resource types, languages and participating countries.Then,we analyzed it. [Result/conclusion] This paper has found that the deficiencies in the current construction process of related databases on "the Belt and Road" are mainly due to: standards on resource field are different, resource source channels are relatively single, resources types are not rich enough, the number of supporting multilingual databases is small, and the countries along "the Belt and Road" seldom participate in the construction of thematic database resources. From the five dimensions of resource field, resource sources, resource types, languages and countries, the resource construction strategy of the economic management database of the countries along "the Belt and Road" is discussed.
