[目的/意义] 探讨新形势下有效协调和统筹院系分馆建设的管理策略，以期为其他高校图书馆院系分馆管理提供参考与借鉴。[方法/过程] 从国内高校图书馆院系分馆管理现状分析入手，梳理上海交通大学近十年来院系分馆发展中遇到的困难、挑战，以及管理模式的发展和完善过程，并总结其管理成效。[结果/结论] 提出应以内控规范为基本准则，精细治理为导向，加强制度建设和管理规范，以实现院系分馆的有效协调和统筹发展。
[Purpose/significance] Explore the effective coordination and overall planning of administration strategies for the construction of the branch libraries, in order to provide reference for the administration of branch libraries for other university libraries.[Method/process] Starting with the analysis of the current situation of the branch libraries administration in university libraries, the article sorted out the difficulties and challenges encountered in the development of the branch libraries of Shanghai Jiao Tong University in the past ten years, as well as the process of the development and improvement of the administration model, and summarized its effect.[Result/conclusion] It proposes that the branch libraries administration should be oriented by the internal control norms, with precise governance as the basic starting point, and strengthen the system construction and administration norms to achieve effective coordination and overall planning of branch libraries.
