摘要

[目的/意义] 跨学科科研合作是新时代学术研究的重要形式和趋势,对科学创新和社会进步都具有推动作用,剖析其发展背景、现有理论研究与实践进展,将为跨学科科研合作领域的深入探究奠定基础。[方法/过程] 以跨学科研究的产生与发展引出跨学科科研合作问题,阐释其与跨学科研究的关联,剖析跨学科科研合作的发展背景,进而通过国内外文献梳理总结跨学科科研合作的研究主题,并结合网络调查分析其实践进展。[结果/结论] 国外研究主题聚焦于影响因素、合作环节与内容、促进策略;国内研究涉及合作现状与潜在合作、影响因素、跨学科团队知识交互、跨学科科研组织模式与管理机制;在实践方面,近年来科研资助机构大力资助跨学科科研合作项目、大型科研机构积极组织跨学科科研合作项目、世界一流高校建设跨学科科研合作平台与项目、重要国际会议倡导跨学科科研合作;未来的研究需强调跨学科科研合作的问题导向性和需求导向性,深入探究其运行保障体系、运行模式和管理机制、合作行为与交互机制等问题。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Interdisciplinary research collaboration has become an important form and trend of academic research in the new era, and it plays a significant role in promoting scientific innovation and social progress. The analysis of its background, theoretical research and practical progress will lay the foundation for in-depth research of interdisciplinary research collaboration. [Method/process] The paper introduced the interdisciplinary research collaboration issue based on the emergence and development of interdisciplinary research, explained their connection, analyzed the development background of interdisciplinary research collaboration, summarized the main research themes and practical progress. [Result/conclusion] Foreign research topics focus on influencing factors, collaboration stage and content, and promotion strategies; domestic research involves collaboration status and potential collaboration, influencing factors, knowledge interaction of interdisciplinary team, and models and management mechanisms of interdisciplinary research organization. In recent years, research funding agencies grant interdisciplinary research collaboration projects, large-scale research institutions actively organize interdisciplinary research collaboration projects, world-class universities implement interdisciplinary research collaboration platforms and projects, and important international conferences advocate interdisciplinary research collaboration. Future research is supposed to emphasize the problem-oriented and demand-oriented nature of interdisciplinary research collaboration, and focus on the exploration of its operation guarantee system, operation mode and management mechanism, collaboration behavior and interaction mechanism.
