[目的/意义] 调查和分析英国白玫瑰大学联盟图书馆的本科教学服务的具体实践和特点,以期为国内高校图书馆开展本科教学支撑服务提供借鉴。[方法/过程] 采用文献调查、网络调研、邮件咨询等方法,对白玫瑰大学联盟下属的约克大学图书馆、利兹大学图书馆和谢菲尔德大学图书馆面向本科教学开展的服务展开调查,涉及到方针政策、资源建设、空间再造、信息服务、创新支撑服务等。[结果/结论] 为国内高校图书馆本科教学服务提出4点启示:强化为本科教学服务的理念;优化和完善教学资源配置和揭示,促进资源公平获取;提供嵌入用户环境,注入社会目标的配套服务;以用户需求为导向,让图书馆和用户联动、共生。
[Purpose/significance] The paper investigated and discussed the contents and patterns of services for undergraduate education in York University Library, Leeds University Library and Sheffield University Library which belong to White Rose University Consortium and accordingly put forward some suggestions for domestic university libraries.[Method/process] By means of literature survey and online investigation and consultation by email, the paper made an analysis of the services for undergraduate education,focusing on strategies, collection construction, space reconstruction, information literacy service and innovation support service.[Result/conclusion] The paper put forward some suggestions for domestic academic libraries, including strengthening the idea of serving undergraduate education, optimizing and improving the allocation and description of teaching resources to bring about the equitable access to resources, providing support services embedded in users' environment and injected with social goals, acting driven by patron's demands, mutualizing and coexisting with patrons.
