[目的/意义] 采用定量与定性相结合的方法,构建智慧图书馆建设评价指标体系,为开展智慧图书馆智慧化水平测度实践提供科学的评价标准和量化测评工具。[方法/过程] 基于文献调研与智慧图书馆面向对象分析,初步拟定指标体系;运用德尔菲方法,针对初步拟定的指标进行专家咨询,以确定最终的评价指标体系;利用层次分析法与专家调查法计算并确定评价指标权重;基于智慧图书馆建设评价体系,对智慧图书馆建设策略与智慧化运行进行分析。[结果/结论] 构建了由4个维度指标、12个一级指标、50个二级指标共同构成的智慧图书馆建设评价指标体系,从评价视角出发并提出智慧图书馆的智慧表征与建设策略。
[Purpose/significance] The evaluation index system of smart library development is constructed by combining quantitative and qualitative methods,which provides scientific standard and quantitative tool for the evaluation practice of smart library. [Method/process] Based on literature research and object-oriented analysis of smart library, the index system was preliminarily formulated. Then, aiming at the preliminary indicators,Delphi method was used tocarry out expert consultation, andthe final evaluation index systemwas determined. Meanwhile, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and expert survey were used to calculate and determine the weight of evaluation indexes.Finally,based on the evaluation index system,the development strategy and operation of smart library were analyzed. [Result/conclusion] The evaluation index system of smart library development was constructed, which consisted of 4 dimensions, 12 first-level indexes and 50 second-level indexes. Under the perspective of evaluation, the smart representation and developmentstrategy of smart library were provided.
