[目的/意义] 大数据智能时代，情报与智库如何在学术研究和实践发展取得双丰收?基于这一基本问题，介绍并评价栗琳教授等的《智库与情报》新著。[方法/过程] 综合运用内容分析、归纳演绎与对比分析等方法，从谋篇布局、研究基础、研究内容等方面分析该书的鲜明特点。[结果/结论] 作为我国首部以情报与智库为研究对象的对比研究专著，该书弥补了这一空白，从情报学视角回答了情报与智库在功能、流程、方法、评价等方面的联系与区别等关键问题，为当前中国情报机构和智库的互相借鉴和共同发展提供了新的思路，为以后的相关研究奠定了基础。

[Purpose/significance] How can intelligence and think tank achieve satisfactory development in both academic research and practical development in the era of big data and artificial intelligence? Focused on the basic question, this paper introduces and evaluates the new book Intelligence and Think Tank written by Professor Li Lin et al.[Method/process] Comprehensively using methods of content analysis, inductive deduction and comparative analysis, this paper evaluated the distinct characteristics of the book from the perspective of writing structure, research foundation and overall content et al.[Result/conclusion] As the first comparative research book on intelligence and think tank in China, it fills a gap in the information science area. The book answers several key questions from the perspective of intelligence science, like the connection and differences between intelligence and think tank in the aspects of function, process, method and review. Moreover, it provides new ideas for the mutual learning and cooperative development of current Chinese intelligence institutes and think tanks. And therefore, it builds a solid foundation for future related researches.
