[目的/意义] 科技档案是科技成果的重要组成部分，研究新时期科技档案资源的特点及其对科技档案工作带来的挑战与问题，对科技档案工作发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。[方法/过程] 调研科技档案工作的研究现状，回顾我国和中国科学院科技档案工作的发展历程，梳理新时期科技档案资源的新特点、科技档案工作的新变化，分析当前科技档案工作亟待解决的关键问题。[结果/结论] 以中国科学院科技档案工作理论研究与实践探索为例，思考并提出新形势下科技档案工作发展布局，为科研机构实现数字转型提供借鉴与参考。
[Purpose/significance] Scientific and technological archives are an important part of scientific and technological achievements. The study of the characteristics of scientific and technological archival resources in the new era and the challenges and problems they bring to the work of scientific and technological archives has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of the work of scientific and technological archives. [Method/process] This paper investigated the current status of research on scientific and technological archival work, reviewed the development process of scientific and technological archival work in China and Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS), sorted out the new characteristics of scientific and technological archival resources and new changes in scientific and technological archival work in the new era, and analyzed the key issues that need to be addressed in the current scientific and technological archival work. [Result/conclusion] Taking the theoretical research and practical exploration of the scientific and technological archival work of CAS as an example, this paper thought and proposed the development layout of scientific and technological archival work under the new situation, to provide references for scientific research institutions to realize digital transformation.
