五计学发展的历史进程与演化特性

摘要

[目的/意义] 在现代科学技术革命所引起的政治、经济、社会、文化、生态环境等各方面发生深刻变化的大背景下,科学体系高度分化又高度综合发展,有必要探讨五计学发展的历史进程与演化特性。[方法/过程] 基于“信息基本循环过程”与科学技术发展历史背景,采用发生学考察法、文献研究法分析梳理五计学发生发展的过程、态势与发展特性,把握五计学学科发展、科学研究的规律性及所呈现的样态。[结果/结论] 纵观五计学的发展,它经历了前网络时代、互联网时代,正在进入“智联网时代”,并呈现不断从分散化到群聚化,再由群聚化到融合化,进一步从融合化到整体化的演化特性。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Revolution in modern science and technology causes profound changes in politics, economy, society, culture and ecological environment. The scientific system has highly differentiated but comprehensively developed. Under the background, this paper discusses the historical process and the evolution characteristics of "Five-metrics". [Method/process] Based on the "basic cycle process of information" and the historical background of the development of science and technology, the genetic investigation method and the literature research method were used to analyze and comb the process, trends and problems of the occurrence of "Five-metrics", and to grasp the disciplinary development, the regularity and appearance of scientific research of the "Five-metrics". [Result/conclusion] "Five-metrics" has gone through "Pre-network Era", "Internet Era" and is entering into "Era of Artificial Intelligence Internet of Things". It also shows the evolution characteristics from decentralization to aggregation, from aggregation to fusion and from fusion to integration.
