[目的/意义] 针对党史学习教育中高校图书馆红色文化推广的现状及存在问题，寻找一条将党史学习教育与红色文化推广有机融合、充分发挥图书馆红色文化资源优势、助力实现高校立德树人根本目标的新路径。[方法/过程] 高校图书馆以开展党史学习教育为抓手，以提高服务效能为目标，运用调查法、比较分析法、例证法，探究彰显图书馆红色文化推广的政治属性和政治引领力、寻找图书馆红色文化推广工作的新路径。[结果/结论] 高校图书馆作为为人才培养服务的学术性机构及思政教育的重要基地，应紧紧抓住历史机遇，切实履行高校图书馆教育职能，发挥图书馆文化育人、思政育人的作用。

[Purpose/significance] In view of the current situation and existing problems of the promotion of red culture in university libraries in the study and education of party history, this paper tries to find a new way to organically integrate the study and education of party history with the promotion of red culture, give full play to the advantages of red culture resources in libraries, and help achieve the fundamental goal of establishing moral education and educating people in universities. [Method/process] The university libraries took the study and education of party history as the starting point, and took the service efficiency as the goal. By using the investigation method, the comparative analysis method and the example method, this paper explored the new path of the political attribute and the political leading force of displaying library red culture promotion, and finding the library red culture promotion. [Result/conclusion] As an academic institution serving for talent training and an important base of ideological education, university libraries should seize the historical opportunity, earnestly fulfill the educational function of university libraries, and play the role of cultural and ideological education of libraries.
