摘要

[目的/意义]公共卫生突发事件有关的虚假健康信息泛滥，图书馆作为公共文化服务机构，需要主动服务，利用现有的健康信息资源参与虚假健康信息治理，承担社会责任。[方法/过程]运用网络调研与文献调研的方法，以新冠肺炎虚假健康信息为例，总结图书馆参与新冠肺炎虚假健康信息治理工作的价值，分析图书馆参与虚假健康信息治理在信息资源整理、专业服务、健康信息素养教育等面临的阻滞因素，提出图书馆参与治理的实现路径。[结果/结论]图书馆参与虚假健康信息治理工作，有助于图书馆服务创新，发挥图书馆在重大突发公共卫生事件中的信息服务作用。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] Fake health information related to public health emergencies is proliferating. As public cultural service institutions, libraries need to take the initiative to serve and use existing health information resources to participate in fake health information management and undertake social responsibility. [Method/Process] Using the methods of network research and literature research, this paper, taking fake health information about COVID-19 for example, analyzed the barriers faced by libraries participating in fake health information governance in terms of organizing information resources, professional services and literacy education of health information, and put forward the practical routes of libraries participating in fake health information governance. [Result/Conclusion] By participating in the governance of fake health information, libraries can help to realize library service innovation and enhance the information service role of libraries in major public health emergencies.
