[目的/意义]面向"十四五"发展,总结图书馆资源建设经验,思考存在的问题及下一步发展策略,对构建新形势下图书馆资源保障体系具有重要意义。[方法/过程]以国家农业图书馆为例,回顾和梳理资源建设发展历程、实践和成效,针对工作中存在的问题,提出未来资源建设发展建议。[结果/结论]图书馆资源建设工作当前面临很多挑战,为了突破瓶颈和惯性模式,可从4方面开展工作:追踪学科发展动态,优化配置资源;建立学科采访馆员机制,深化资源建设专业化;有效整合和揭示资源,挖掘资源潜在价值;创新工作模式与方法,提升资源建设效用。
[Purpose/Significance] This paper summarizes the experience of the resource construction of the National Agricultural Library, thinks about the existing problems and the next development strategy in the "14th Five-year Plan". It is very important to construct the resource guarantee system of the library under the new situation.[Method/Process] Taking the National Agricultural Library as an example, this paper reviewed and combed the development process, practice and effectiveness of resource construction, and put forward some suggestions for the future development of resource construction in view of the problems existing in the work.[Result/Conclusion] Library resource construction work currently faces many challenges. In order to break through the bottleneck and inertia modes, we can carry out work from four aspects:Tracking the development trend of disciplines and optimizing the allocation of resources; Establishing the mechanism of subject interview librarians and deepening the specialization of resource construction; Effectively integrating and revealing resources and tapping the potential value of resources; Innovating working modes and methods to improve the effectiveness of resource construction.
