图书馆新冠专题资源应急保障成效评估研究——以中国科学院文献情报中心为例

摘要

[目的/意义]通过评估图书馆新冠专题资源应急保障效果,发现并改进当前新冠专题信息服务存在的问题,为图书馆开展专题资源应急保障成效评估提供有益参考。[方法/过程]基于专题资源应急保障成效评估的概念及方法,研究以中国科学院文献情报中心的新冠专题信息服务为例,在"资源应急保障成效评估框架"的基础上构建具体的专题资源应急保障成效评估指标体系,且借此开展服务成效的实证评估。[结果/结论]基于评估结果分析服务中出现的问题,并借鉴其他图书馆同类服务的优秀实践经验,为改进服务问题提出针对性建议。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] By evaluating the libraries' emergency support effect of COVID-19 special resources, this paper finds and improves the problems existing in the current COVID-19 special information service and provides a useful reference for the libraries to evaluate the outcome of the emergency support of special resources. [Method/process] Based on the basis of the "index system framework for outcome assessment of resource emergency support service" and relevant concept and methods, this study takes the COVID-19 special information service of National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences as an example, and builds specific evaluation index system for the outcome assessment of special resources' emergency support, and uses this index system to carry out empirical outcome assessment. [Result/conclusion] Based on the evaluation results, the problems of the service are analyzed, and the excellent practical experience of other libraries' similar services is used to put forward the targeted suggestions to solve the service problems.
