摘要

[目的/意义]代表作评价制度是我国推动学术评价改革的重要措施之一,高校图书馆应助力学科建设发展,创新服务,辅助高校促进和完善论文代表作评价工作。[方法/过程]运用文献调研法、实例调研法、问卷调查法、层次分析法,提出论文代表作"定性+定量"的复合式评价方法,构建论文代表作定性与定量评价指标体系及权重,并通过实践论证复合式评价方法的优劣。[结果/结论]高校图书馆应发挥文献计量和情报服务的优势基础,协助高校推进完善论文代表作复合式评价方法,促进代表作评价中定性评价与定量评价的科学有效融合。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] The evaluation system of representative works is one of the important measures to promote the reform of academic evaluation in China. University libraries should help the development of discipline construction, innovate services, and assist universities to promote and improve the evaluation of representative works of papers. [Method/process] Using literature research method, case research method, questionnaire survey method and analytic hierarchy process, this paper put forward the compound evaluation method of "qualitative + quantitative" of representative papers, constructed the qualitative and quantitative evaluation index system and weight of representative papers, and demonstrated the advantages and disadvantages of the compound evaluation method through application. [Result/conclusion] University libraries should give full play to the advantages of document metrology and information service, assist universities to promote and improve the composite evaluation method of thesis representative works, and promote the scientific and effective integration of qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation in the evaluation of representative works.
