我国在线健康咨询类APP隐私政策合规性用户感知测度实证研究

摘要

[目的/意义]从用户视角探究我国在线健康咨询类APP隐私政策合规性情况,并构建在线健康咨询类APP隐私政策合规性评估指标体系,为我国在线健康咨询类APP隐私政策的科学制定与内容完善提供理论和实践指导。[方法/过程]通过分析现有研究成果和相关法律规范,构建在线健康咨询类APP隐私政策评估指标体系,结合物元可拓分析方法针对我国十款在线健康咨询类APP隐私政策,从可读性原则、个人信息处理原则、个人信息保护原则、个人权利保障原则与Cookie技术使用告知原则5个维度进行合规性测度。[结果/结论]我国健康咨询类APP隐私政策合规性整体上较好,且文本外观与内容共同影响隐私政策用户感知情况,文本可读性、信息处理、信息保护、权利保障与Cookie技术说明正向影响用户隐私政策阅读感知情况。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] Based on the user perspective, this paper investigates privacy policy compliance of online health consultation APPs in China, and constructs an evaluation index system of privacy policy compliance of online health consultation APPs to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the scientific formulation and content improvement of privacy policy of my country's online health consultation APPs. [Method/Process] By analyzing the existing research results and relevant legal norms, this paper constructed an evaluation index system for the privacy policy of online health consultation APPs, and combined with the material meta-topologic analysis method, in terms of the privacy policy of the top ten online health consultation APPs in China, the compliance was measured from five dimensions of readability principle, personal information processing principle, personal information protection principle, personal rights protection principle and cookie technology use notification principle. [Result/Conclusion] China's health consulting APP privacy policy compliance on the whole is good, and the text appearance and content together affect the privacy policy user perception situation, text readability, information processing, information protection, rights protection and cookie technology notice positively affect the user privacy policy reading perception situation.
