[目的/意义]实现网络存档资源的利用是开展网络信息资源长期保存实践活动的最终目的,通过识别用户对网络存档资源的利用需求类型,根据需求特点来优化信息利用服务方式,为当前网络存档资源的开发利用提供参考。[方法/过程]基于文献与网络资源调研,对国际上一些典型的网络存档项目的存档资源利用情况进行调查,明确当前提供网络存档资源利用服务的主要方式,据此设计调查问卷,并依次进行Kano模型数据分析、混合类分析、满意度指数分析,对网络存档资源的用户利用需求类型及其优先度进行界定。[结果/结论]研究结果表明,本研究获得的网络存档资源用户利用需求调查统计结果与国外相应的调查研究结果具有一致性,参考和借鉴国外已有的研究发现,从用户利用需求的视角出发,针对不同的需求类型,提出完善我国网络存档资源利用服务的建议。
[Purpose/Significance] Realizing the utilization of network archive resources is the ultimate goal of carrying out the practice of long-term preservation of network information resources. By identifying the types of users' utilization requirements for the network archive resources, and optimizing the service mode of information utilization according to the demand characteristics, this paper provides a reference for the development and utilization of current network archive resources.[Method/Process] Based on the investigation of literature and network resources, this paper investigated the utilization of archive resources of some typical network archive projects in the world. The research also defined the main ways of the current network archive resources utilization service, designed the questionnaire, and carried on the Kano model data analysis, mixed class analysis, satisfaction index analysis in turn, and defined the user's utilization demand type and priority of the network archive resources.[Result/Conclusion] The research results show that the statistical results of the survey on the user utilization demands for network archive resources obtained in this study are consistent with the corresponding foreign research results. Referring to the existing research findings of foreign countries, and from the perspective of users' utilization demands, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the service mode of network archive resource utilization in our country aimed at different demand types.
