全球视域下图书馆学教育国际化发展策略研究

摘要

[目的/意义]对全球视域下图书馆学教育国际化发展现状进行分析,归纳总结图书馆学教育国际化发展策略,为中国图书馆学教育国际化的发展提供建议。[方法/过程]采用文献综述和案例研究法,对相关文献和具有代表性的案例进行调研,分别从意识环节、承诺环节、规划环节、实施环节、评估环节和强化环节6个方面对图书馆学教育国际化发展策略进行归纳总结,得出对我国图书馆学教育国际化发展的启示。[结果/结论]研究发现,全球视域下图书馆学教育国际化发展策略由提升全球意识策略、争取多方支持策略、规划发展方向策略、落实国际化实施策略、促进可持续发展策略和构建保障体系策略6个部分组成。基于上述策略和国内实际情况,中国图书馆教育国际化要坚持国家战略驱动的图书馆学教育国际化、建立全面的国际化发展策略、国际化与本土化融合互补、“引进来”和“走出去”并举、重视虚拟国际化的发展。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] This paper analyses the current situation of the internationalization of library science education(ILSE) from the global perspective, summarizes the development strategies for ILSE, and hopes to provide suggestions for the development of ILSE in China. [Method/Process] This paper used literature review and case study to investigate relevant literature and representative cases, and summarized the development strategies from six aspects including consciousness, commitment, planning, implementation, evaluation and strengthening, and drew inspiration for the development of ILSE in China. [Result/Conclusion] The study found that the development strategies for ILSE from the global perspective was composed of six parts, namely, promoting global awareness, gaining multi-party support, planning development direction, implementing internationalization, promoting sustainable development and building a safeguard system. Based on the above strategies and the actual situation in China, the enlightenments are as follows: adhere to the ILSE driven by national strategy; establish a comprehensive international development strategy; integration of internationalization and localization; insisting “bring in” and “go out” equally; attach importance to the development of virtual internationalization.
