信任转移视角下在线健康信息证据等级体系构建研究

摘要

[目的/意义] 探究不同类型证据对在线健康信息可信程度的影响,为在线健康信息可信度评估提供客观工具和科学依据。[方法/过程] 借鉴循证医学中的证据分级理念,提炼在线健康信息中不同类型的证据要素,通过两轮德尔菲确定证据类别及证据等级,构建包含三大类别、 15 个一级证据的 3 级证据等级体系,并从信任转移视角展开相关讨论。[结果/结论] 通过两轮德尔菲构建的证据等级体系等级分明,专家意见统一,具备较好的准确性和可用性。该证据等级体系可充当信任转移的中介,帮助用户基于信任转移评估在线健康信息的可信度,最终实现在线健康信息的甄别与利用。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] To explore the influence of different types of evidence on the credibility of online health information, and provide objective tools and scientific basis for the credibility assessment of online health information [Method/Process] Based on the concept of evidence classification in evidence-based medicine, this paper extracted different types of evidence elements from online health information. In order to construct a 3 level evidence hierarchy system including 3 categories and 15 first-level evidence, the study conducted two rounds of Delphi to determine the evidence categories and levels and discussed related issues from the perspective of trust transfer. [Result/Conclusion] Through two rounds of Delphi, the evidence hierarchy system is clearly graded and expert opinions are unified, indicating that it has good accuracy and usability. The evidence hierarchy system can act as the intermediary of trust transfer, help users to evaluate the credibility of online health information based on trust transfer, and finally realize the identification and utilization of online health information.
