现象图析学视角下情绪与信息行为的交互机理探析:以疫情场景为例

摘要

[目的/意义] 从现象图析学的视角解析信息行为前后情绪的演变特征,揭示情绪与信息行为交互影响的内在机理。[方法/过程] 通过深度访谈获取公众的情绪与信息行为交互作用的经验数据,基于一种现象学方法——现象图析学挖掘个体情绪与信息行为关系的相关表述,并探讨两者间互作用关系。[结果/结论] 研究发现,将现象图析学引入信息行为研究,可以发现情绪与信息行为互作用的不同体验方式,更深层次地挖掘、剖析情绪与信息行为的关系。情绪可以驱动差异化的信息行为,例如信息获取、分享与表达行为,可能衍生出信息交流行为。信息行为对情绪存在不同的影响方式:信息获取行为过程中行为本身和获取信息内容、信息分享中的亲社会类型、信息表达中的观点或态度表达形式以及交流行为的体验和结果都会对情绪产生不同影响。同时,还发现知觉行为控制、主观规范、感知必要性不足与信息行为习惯会阻碍信息行为的“唤醒—实施”过程。从个体经验视角探析个体情绪演化和信息行为演变的双生关系,能为信息供给部门及信息交互设计方进一步考虑信息接收方的情绪背景和情绪体验提供参考。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] From the perspective of phenomenography, this paper analyzes the evolution characteristics of emotions before and after information behavior, reveals the internal mechanism of the interaction between emotions and information behavior. [Method/Process] This study obtained the empirical data of the interaction mechanism between emotion and information behavior through in-depth interviews. Based on a phenomenological method, phenomenography, the relevant expression of the relationship between individual emotion and information behavior was mined, and the interaction between the two was discussed. [Result/Conclusion] It is found that by introducing phenomenography into the information behavior study, we can find different experience modes of interaction between emotion and information behavior, explore and analyze the relationship in a deeper level. Emotions can drive different information behaviors, such as information acquisition, sharing and expression behaviors, and may result in information exchange behaviors. Information behavior has different ways of influencing emotion: the behavior itself and the information content in the process of information acquisition, the prosocial type in information sharing, the form of opinions or attitudes in information expression, and the experience and result of communication behavior all have different influences on emotion. This study also finds perceptual behavior control, subjective norms, lack of perceived necessity, and information behavior habits will hinder the process of “wake-implementation” of information behavior. We explore the dual relationship between the evolution of individual emotions and the evolution of information behavior from the perspective of individual experience, which can provide reference for information supply departments and information interaction designers to further consider the emotional background and emotional experience of information receivers.
