摘要

[目的/意义] 在健康中国与“互联网+医疗”的时代背景下,将区块链技术应用于多源个人健康信息的互联共享中,以打破个人健康信息多元主体间的信息壁垒,探讨有助于个人健康信息的集成管理与高效服务。[方法/过程] 首先,剖析大健康时代多源个人健康信息的内涵并总结其互联共享现状。其次,基于区块链技术,结合多源个人健康信息的特点,构建4种不同结构的区块链架构,即政府健康信息监管主权—联盟链架构、个人医疗健康信息联盟链架构、个人在线交互健康信息联盟链架构和个人日常监测健康信息私有链架构,并依据联盟区块链的跨链技术,将这4种架构结合形成联盟区块链共享网络。最后,阐释该联盟区块链网络在个人健康信息协同共享方面的价值以及现实阻碍。[结果/结论] 基于联盟区块链网络技术,提出多源个人健康信息共享模式,为多源健康信息的融合利用提供思路。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] Under the background of healthy China and the era of “Internet + medical”, blockchain technology is applied in the interconnection and sharing of multi-source personal health information. It can break the information barriers between multiple subjects of personal health information, and contribute to its integrated management and efficient service. [Method/Process] Firstly, it analyzed the connotation of multi-source personal health information and summarized the current status of its interconnection and sharing in the era of great health. Secondly, based on blockchain technology and the characteristics of multi-source personal health information, it constructed four different blockchain architectures, that is, government health information supervision sovereignty alliance chain architecture, personal medical health information alliance chain architecture, personal online interactive health information alliance chain architecture, and personal daily monitoring health information private chain architecture. With the cross chain technology of the alliance blockchain, it combined these four architectures to form an alliance blockchain sharing network. Finally, it analyzed the value and the current obstacles of the alliance blockchain in the collaborative sharing of personal health information. [Result/Conclusion] Based on the alliance blockchain network, it proposes a multi-source personal health information sharing model, which provides the possibility for the integration and utilization of multi-source health information.
