[目的/意义] 随着数字化时代的到来,图书馆作为信息资源的重要承载者,其服务场景也发生了巨大变化,传统的图书馆服务模式已经无法满足用户的需求,如何重新构建图书馆服务场景,提升用户体验和满意度成为亟待解决的问题。而空间叙事作为一种新兴的设计理念,可以为图书馆服务场景再造提供新思路和方法。[方法/过程] 在对图书馆服务场景存在问题和价值意义进行剖析的基础上,阐述空间叙事的五大基本要素以及在图书馆服务场景再造中的具体应用和设计流程,并通过上海外国语大学图书馆的应用实践和效果评价,进一步阐述未来图书馆服务场景再造的发展趋势及其挑战。[结果/结论] 空间叙事在服务场景中的应用主要体现在讲述空间故事、体现主题意义、引导用户行为、提供多重体验、创造情感共鸣等5个方面,未来图书馆服务场景再造发展趋势主要为数字化转型、多元化服务、个性化定制、空间创新和环保可持续等。
[Purpose/Significance] With the advent of the digital era, as an important carrier of information resources, libraries have undergone significant changes in their service scenarios. Traditional library service models are no longer able to meet the needs of users. How to rebuild library service scenes and improve user experience and satisfaction has become an urgent problem to be solved. As an emerging design concept, spatial narrative can provide new ideas and methods for the reconstruction of library service scenes. [Method/Process] Based on the analysis of the problems and value significance of library service scene, this paper expounded the five basic elements of spatial narrative, as well as the specific application and design process in its reconstruction. Through the specific practice and application evaluation of the library of Shanghai International Studies University, it further elaborated the development trend and challenges of the reconstruction of service scene in the future. [Results/Conclusion] The application of spatial narrative in service scenes is mainly reflected in five aspects: telling spatial stories, reflecting thematic significance, guiding user behavior, providing multiple experiences, and creating emotional resonance. The future development trend of library service scene reengineering is mainly digital transformation, diversified services, personalized customization, spatial innovation, and environmental sustainability.
