[Purpose/Significance] This research aims to analyze the development and utilization of red literature resources in university library, proposing specific ideas to promote the development and utilization of red literature resources in university library. [Method/Process] Employing methodologies such as network investigation, comparative analysis and practical summarization, analyzed the concept of red literature resources, the significance, the current situation, existing problems of development and utilization, puts forward new pathways for the development, transformative utilization of red literature resources. [Result/Conclusion] Innovative ideas are proposed in five aspects: top-level planning, organization and implementation, resource construction, service models, and platform functionality, to boost the high-quality development of red culture education services in university library.
