元宇宙视角下数字阅读持续使用意愿研究

摘要

[目的/意义] 数字阅读已然进入元宇宙为技术驱动的新时代,以增强现实及虚拟现实技术实现的全息沉浸式阅读已经进入人们的生活。沉浸式阅读软件与硬件的快速发展使读者的阅读体验显著提升,为持续使用AR/VR阅读提供了基础,但其他影响读者数字阅读持续使用意愿的因素及其之间的相互关系仍需进一步探索。[方法/过程] 通过文献整理和凝练,基于扩展的SOR理论模型,提出元宇宙视角下读者数字阅读持续使用意愿模型。通过对218名具有元宇宙沉浸式阅读体验学生的实证研究,对模型进行验证。[结果/结论] 所构建的概念模型丰富了图书情报领域数字阅读研究在元宇宙背景中的探索,为元宇宙主题在教育学、传播学、社会学等领域的研究提供经验借鉴。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] Digital reading opens a new era driven by metaverse technology, and holographic immersive reading by augmented reality and virtual reality enters daily life. The rapid development of immersive reading software and hardware significantly improves readers' reading experience and provides a foundation for continuous AR/VR reading. However, it still needs further research on the factors that affect readers' willingness to continue digital reading and their interrelationships. [Method/Process] Based on the literature review and extended SOR model, this paper proposed a willingness model of readers' continuous digital reading from the perspective of metaverse. Through an empirical study of 218 students with metaverse immersive reading experiences, it proved the conceptual model of influencing factors. [Result/Conclusion] The conceptual model in this study is a valuable exploration of digital reading in library and information science in metaverse, which provides experience and reference for metaverse study in pedagogy, communication, and sociology.
