[目的/意义] 实现文化强国战略目标,公共图书馆具有不可推卸的责任。儿童作为阅读主要群体,提升其阅读能力具有重大而深远意义。[方法/过程] 在对国内外图书馆儿童阅读服务模式研究综述的基础上,对我国公共图书馆儿童阅读服务现状及儿童阅读服务需求进行调研,并基于S-O-R模型构建儿童阅读能力提升模式,通过长春市少年儿童图书馆的实证研究印证模式的有效度和可行性。[结果/结论] 基于S-O-R模型所构建的公共图书馆儿童阅读分级服务模式,对不同认知阶段的儿童具有针对性的服务能力,经验证有益于儿童阅读能力的持续提升。
[Purpose/Significance] Public libraries have an important responsibility to realize the strategy of developing a flourishing socialist culture in China. Children as a major group in reading, it is a great and far-reaching significance to improve the reading ability of them. [Method/Process] Based on a review of children's reading service in domestic and foreign library, this paper investigated the current situation and the service demand of that in public libraries of China, and constructed a matching model of children's reading ability improvement on the S-O-R model. Then, it verified the validity and feasibility of this model through the empirical study of Changchun Children's Library. [Result/Conclusion] The model of children's graded reading service in public library on S-O-R has proved to be beneficial to the continuous improvement of children's reading ability by providing targeted services for the children at different cognitive stages.
