摘要

[目的/意义] 基于对信息成瘾相关研究的梳理,溯源信息成瘾的底层逻辑,构建信息成瘾阶段模型,深入剖析用户在成瘾过程中的心理变化与行为特征。[方法/过程] 针对信息成瘾这一现象,基于国内外文献分析对其概念内禀进行界定,明晰其与现有成瘾行为之间的映射关系,并以物质成瘾理论研究为基础,论证个体信息需求的不断满足和奖励反馈的持续刺激是信息成瘾的底层逻辑。[结果/结论] 从神经机制、心理反应和外化表征3个维度对这一复杂现象的行为机理进行剖析,并以激励敏化理论为核心提出信息成瘾的HSC三阶段模型,对成瘾过程中的心理变化和行为特征进行统一阐释,以期为信息资源管理领域信息成瘾研究的深入开展提供价值参考,为构建信息成瘾干预策略提供理论依据。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] Based on the combing of information addiction related research, this paper trace the underlying logic of information addiction, construct the information addiction stage model, and deeply analyse the psychological changes and behavioural characteristics of users in the process of addiction. [Method/Process] This paper defined its intrinsic concept based on the domestic and international literature, clarified the mapping relationship between it and existing addictive behaviors, and argued that the continuous satisfaction of individual information needs and the continuous stimulation of reward feedback were the underlying logic of information addiction on the substance addiction theory. [Result/Conclusion] The behavioral mechanism of this complex phenomenon is analyzed in three dimensions:neural mechanism, psychological response and externalizing representation. The HSC three-stage model of information addiction is proposed with incentive sensitization theory as the core, which gives a unified interpretation of emotional changes and behavioral characteristics in the process of addiction, in order to provide a valuable reference for the in-depth research on information addiction in the field of information resource management and a theoretical basis for the intervention of information addiction.
