[目的/意义] 探究生成式人工智能对图书馆阅读服务的影响,对推动图书馆阅读服务的建设与优化具有重要意义。[方法/过程] 采用逻辑推演的方式,在探析生成式人工智能的功能边界、应用价值及负面风险的基础上,对生成式人工智能与图书馆阅读服务的融合发展进行剖析,并对生成式人工智能在图书馆阅读服务中的应用进行展望。[结果/结论] 生成式人工智能为图书馆阅读服务带来的变革主要体现在图书馆的阅读服务技术系统、内容与方法、用户、评价与管理等方面,未来图书馆须持续跟进人工智能发展动态,推动阅读服务从数字化、网络化向智能化转型。
[Purpose/Significance] Exploring the impact of generative artificial intelligence on library reading services is of great significance for promoting the transformation and optimization of library reading services. [Method/Process] Based on the analysis of the functional boundaries, application value, and negative risks of generative artificial intelligence through logical deduction, this paper analyzes the integration and development of generative artificial intelligence with library reading services, and prospects the application of generative artificial intelligence in library reading services. [Result/Conclusion] The transformation brought by generative artificial intelligence to library reading services is mainly reflected in the technical system, content and methods, users, evaluation and management of library reading services. In the future, libraries must continue to follow the development trends of artificial intelligence and promoting the transformation of reading services from digitalization and networking to intelligence.
