摘要

[目的/意义]针对大学图书馆进入智慧化转型和内涵式发展的关键时期，探讨构建适配一流大学发展的知识服务体系，以超学科的视角引领新时代的创新发展，实现大学图书馆事业的跨越式转型，助力高等教育高质量发展。[方法/过程]通过分析图书馆知识服务现状及需求，明晰知识服务内涵及实施路径，并以北京理工大学图书馆知识服务探索实践为例，从建设目标和定位、服务平台以及管理运行机制等方面，构建一种服务一流大学的知识服务体系，并阐述图书馆知识服务未来发展方向的思考。[结果/结论]一流大学图书馆必须紧抓新时代的发展机遇，以知识为核心，创新体制机制，构建服务一流大学建设的知识服务体系，打造可释放数字生产力的知识创新发展平台，为推动高等教育数字化建设和文化强国建设作出贡献。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] To construct a robust and valid information addiction scale can help to accurately measure the degree of individual information addiction, and provide useful reference for the rational explanation of the phenomenon in different degrees of addiction groups. [Method/Process] With literature research and social-physical-psychological model, semi-structured interviews and expert consultation were used to form a preliminary scale of information addiction scale. After 105 pre-test questionnaires, 834 formal questionnaires were collected. Through confirmatory factor and exploratory factor analysis, the scale structure was tested and modified, and finally the formal information addiction scale was formed. [Result/Conclusion] The formal scale, which has a high reliability and validity, includes 4 primary indicators of social performance, behavioral pattern, physiological response and psychological state, and 16 secondary indicators. The information addiction norm is further constructed on the basis of the formal scale, which can effectively differentiate between users without information addiction, potential users with information addiction and users with severe information addiction.
