摘要

[目的/意义]提出高校图书馆虚拟学习共享空间建设模式,补足高校图书馆虚拟空间建设短板,重构在线学习支持服务体系,提升在线学习支持服务效能。[方法/过程]首先对高校图书馆虚拟学习共享空间相关概念进行辨析,分析虚拟学习共享空间的建设现状,然后以知识流动为线索,围绕知识转化的循环过程,提出面向学习过程的虚拟学习共享空间构建模式,解决用户泛在化、个性化学习需求。[结果/结论]虚拟学习共享空间以个人空间和知识社区为主要模块,提供深入知识转化过程的在线学习支持服务,能够有效促进知识流动和增值。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] From the perspective of metacognitive regulation, this study explores the characteristics of the change of users’ information search tactic. Beyond the analysis of traditional behavior representation, we emphasize the initiative of behavioral subjects during the dynamic search process, to reveal the internal triggering motivation of behaviors, and form the monitoring and regulating approach for search tactics coordinating cognitive and behavioral activities. The findings of this study provide a guarantee for information retrieval system to perceive the evolution and change of search tactics, to arouse users’ initiative of tactics and to support the effective implementation of tactics. [Method/Process] The data of students’ self-awareness and behavior regulation of tactic change during the completion of learning-related search task were collected by observation and stimulated recall methods, and the data were analyzed by grounded theory. [Result/Conclusion] From the perspective of metacognitive regulation, two characteristic dimensions of the change of users’ information search tactic are identified: motivational awareness and behavioral manipulation. In two characteristic dimensions, there are six elements including passive regulation motivation, active regulation motivation, query reformulation, search tool conversion, system function support, task content change. Further, this study explores the corresponding driving relationship between motivational awareness and behavioral manipulation of the change of search tactic. Based on the characteristic elements of search tactic change, two different change styles of search tactic are generated by clustering: auto-driven and adaptive styles, and it is further found that users with auto-driven change style of search tactic show better search performance than those with adaptive change style.
