元认知调控视角下用户信息搜索策略改变研究

摘要

[目的/意义]从元认知调控视角,探索用户信息搜索策略改变的特征规律,超越传统策略行为表征的分析,强调动态搜索进程中行为主体的能动性,揭示行为内在的触发动机,形成协调认知与行为活动的搜索策略监测和调整思路,为信息搜索系统感知策略的发展变化、激发用户策略的能动意识、支持策略的有效实施提供保障。[方法/过程]通过观察法和刺激回忆法收集学生在学习型搜索任务的完成过程中策略改变的自我意识和行为调整的相关数据,并采用扎根理论对数据进行分析。[结果/结论]识别出元认知调控视角下用户信息搜索策略改变的动机意识和行为操作两个特征维度,以及被动调整动机、主动调整动机、检索式调整、检索工具转换、系统功能帮助、任务内容改变6个特征要素,并进一步探索搜索策略改变的动机意识与行为操作之间对应的驱动关系。基于策略改变特征要素,聚类生成自驱型、适应型两类不同的搜索策略改变风格,并进一步发现,自驱型搜索策略改变风格的用户较适应型用户表现出更好的搜索效果。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] It proposes the construction mode of virtual learning commons in university libraries to complement the construction of virtual space, reconstructs the online learning support service system, and improves its effectiveness. [Method/Process] Firstly, it analyzed the concept and the current research of virtual learning commons in university libraries, and then took knowledge flow as a clue to propose the learning process oriented virtual learning commons architecture around the cycle of knowledge transformation, so as to solve users’ needs of ubiquitous and personalized learning. [Result/Conclusion] With personal space and knowledge community as the main modules, virtual learning commons provides online learning support services that go deep into the process of knowledge transformation and effectively promote knowledge flow and value-added.
