摘要

[目的/意义]探讨数字囤积及其相关概念的形成与含义,分析数字囤积活动的产生、演变和影响;深化信息资源管理理论研究,推动个人信息管理实践的良性发展。[方法/过程]按照研究主题调研国内外数字囤积文献并进行系统梳理,重点关注心理学、计算机科学、图书情报学、信息资源管理等学科的相关研究成果,形成研究所需的理论基础,引入管理学中的问题求解模型构建本文的分析框架,且结合个人信息管理的基本理论展开研究。[结果/结论]总结现有研究取得的主要进展,阐述数字囤积活动和概念的产生与发展;提出数字囤积是一个包含症状显露、问题成因、方案应用3个阶段的螺旋上升式劣化过程;分析数字囤积活动对个人、组织和社会的影响,指出对实物囤积与数字囤积的关系、数字囤积与电子设备使用的关系、特定对象的数字囤积行为、数字囤积对组织及社会的影响等问题仍需深入研究;给出未来研究的主要方向,即界定相关概念和术语、探寻合理可行之对策和推进整体化的系统研究。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] This paper mainly discusses the threats and challenges of AIGC applied to smart libraries, and puts forward the path of AIGC to drive the transformation of smart library services, in order to improve the intelligence level of libraries. [Method/Process] By analyzing the connection between AI, AIGC and smart libraries, this paper presented the current theoretical and practical dilemmas of applying AIGC in smart libraries, and provided an outlook on the prospects of libraries using AIGC to achieve wisdom. [Result/Conclusion] The application of AIGC in smart libraries still needs careful consideration at present, but some theoretical explorations and practical cases about AIGC can be enlightening for the optimization of knowledge services in smart libraries.
