高校数字信息素养教育的内涵、目标与对策

摘要

[目的/意义]在借鉴国内外现有教育策略基础上,以高校数字信息素养教育的内涵为出发点,设立科学合理的目标并提出相应的推进对策,以期能够为我国高校数字信息素养教育提供参考。[方法/过程]通过对高校图书馆开展的数字信息素养教育实践进行系统梳理,分析数字信息素养教育存在的主要问题并设立目标,提出新时代大学生数字信息素养教育质量发展的对策。[结果/结论]应当高度重视并支持我国高校的数字信息素养教育,以高校图书馆为主要教育阵地,丰富数字信息素养课程内容与教育教学方式,协同政府与社会层面形成多部门协作的教育模式,促进学生在大学生涯中提升数字信息素养。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] On the basis of existing education strategies at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the connotation of digital information literacy education, sets the scientific and reasonable education goals, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures as the reference for colleges and universities in China. [Method/Process] This paper systematically combed of the digital information literacy education practice in college and university libraries, and summarized the main problems at present. By setting the education goals, it explored the effective countermeasures to enhance the quality of digital information literacy education for college students in the new era. [Result/Conclusion] To support digital information literacy education in colleges and universities, it should take the library as the center, enriching the digital information literacy courses and teaching methods, and cooperating with the government and society to form a multi-department education model, so as to improve students' digital information literacy in the college.
