摘要

[目的/意义]从信息生态理论视角系统探究大学生网络健康信息焦虑形成的影响因素及其作用机理,可从不同维度为其焦虑缓解与干预提供一定的对策参考。[方法/过程]面向大学生开展一对一半结构化深度访谈,采用扎根理论三级编码流程解析访谈资料,自下而上提炼其网络健康信息焦虑形成影响因素。[结果/结论]基于信息生态理论,影响因素分为4个维度:信息人维度是内在催化因素,包括主观感知、健康信息素养、个人特质;信息维度、信息技术维度皆为接触点刺激因素,前者包括信息质量、信息异化,后者包括平台质量;信息环境维度是外在诱发因素,涉及外界环境、内部环境。根据访谈发现的问题,提出以下对策:在信息人维度,大学生应发挥主观能动性增强身心健康,学校应通过多种形式活动提升大学生健康素养和信息素养;在信息维度,网络平台应完善信息审核机制,提高健康信息质量;在信息技术维度,网络平台应加强自身资源建设与技术升级,提升平台质量;在信息环境维度,政府部门应建立和完善信息法律体系、加强健康信息监管力度,新媒体应正确引导社会认知。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Based on information ecology theory, this paper explores the influencing factors and mechanism of college students’ online health information anxiety, which can provide targeted optimization strategies for anxiety relief and intervention. [Methods/Process] Through one-to-one semi-structured in-depth interviews with college student, this paper analyzed the interview data with the three-level coding process on grounded theory, and extracted the influencing factors of online health information anxiety from the bottom up. [Result/Conclusion] Based on information ecology theory, the factors are divided into four dimensions: the dimension of information person, as internal inducing factor, includes subjective perception, healthy information literacy, and personal characteristics; the dimension of information contains information quality and information alienation; the dimension of information technology, as external stimuli, is related to platform quality; and the dimension of information environment includes internal and external environment, which is intervention factors. Based on the interview, it proposes the following suggestions. From information person, college students should play subjective initiative to enhance their physical and mental health, and the colleges should improve students’ health literacy and information literacy through various forms of activities. From information, online health information platforms should perfect information inspection mechanisms for its quality. From information technology, network platforms should strengthen their own resource and technological upgrading to improve platform quality. From information environment, government should establish and improve the information legal system, strengthen information supervision, and correctly guide public opinion by media.
