企业竞争情报态势感知关联图谱的构建与应用研究

摘要

[目的/意义] 大数据给企业情报工作带来极大的挑战,如何整合海量、多源、异构且动态变化的市场活动事件大数据,并从中挖掘有价值的情报,实现企业竞争情报和态势理解的序化,是企业情报管理工作的关键。[方法/过程] 尝试从企业情报事件的角度出发,提出一种新的企业竞争情报及态势大数据组织模型——企业竞争情报态势关联图谱。在此基础上,探究企业竞争情报态势关联图谱的构建流程及具体应用。[结果/结论] 所提出的企业竞争情报态势关联图谱能够实现事件、实体及其相互关系的知识表示、结构化组织与有效管理,可以丰富情报学中信息组织的理论和方法体系。同时,能够服务于企业竞争情报态势的全面监控与感知,为企业管理决策提供情报支撑。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] Big data poses great challenges to enterprise intelligence work. The key to enterprise intelligence management is to integrate massive, multi-source, heterogeneous, and dynamic big data of market activity events, and mine valuable intelligence from it, to achieve the sequencing of enterprise competitive intelligence and situation understanding.[Method/Process] This article attempted to propose a new organizational model for enterprise competitive intelligence and situation big data from the perspective of enterprise intelligence events, that is, the enterprise competitive intelligence situation association graph. On this basis, it explored the construction process and specific application of that.[Result/Conclusion] The enterprise competitive intelligence situation correlation graph proposed in this article can achieve knowledge representation, structured organization, and effective management of events, entities, and their interrelationships, enriching the theory and methodology of information organization in information science. At the same time, it can serve the comprehensive monitoring and perception of enterprise competitive intelligence situation, providing intelligence support for enterprise management decision-making.
