摘要

[目的/意义]从词粒度对信息资源管理领域学术创新进行更细致的分析,揭示领域学术创新性特征,为辅助学术论文创新识别研究提供帮助,同时也为领域学术创新的评估和预测提供依据。[方法/过程]选取爱思唯尔旗下被SSCI收录的信息资源管理领域的8本学术期刊在近10年期间正式出版的5 020篇中的2 969篇学术论文的12 612条研究亮点作为研究样本,采用深度学习和依存句法分析方法,从句子级创新识别出发,基于定量统计与对比分析的方法总结归纳创新句谓语词汇和宾语词汇的演化、分布和使用规律,进而揭示领域学术创新性特征。[结果/结论]随着时间的推移,信息资源管理领域中关于创造、发现或感知新事物的原始创新越来越困难,而表征改进、应用或评估现有事物的二次创新越来越多。此外,关于理论方面的创新研究不多且推动困难,相较而言,在信息资源管理领域,学者对具体应用方面的创新研究成果较多。最后,总体创造性的下降并不排除个别高度原创性的工作,且学术创新词汇的使用与期刊影响因子的高低和论文引文的大小有一定的相关性。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] A more detailed analysis of academic innovation in the field of information resource management from word granularity aims to reveal the characteristics of academic innovation in the field, thereby providing assistance for identifying academic paper innovation and a basis for evaluating and predicting academic innovation. [Method/Process] This paper selected 8 academic journals in the field of library and information, which were listed in SSCI belonging to Elsevier. Then it picked up 12613 research highlights from 5020 academic papers published in these journals in the last decade as research samples. By deep learning and dependency syntax analysis, it first identified academic innovative sentences, and then summarized the evolution, distribution, and usage regular of predicate and object vocabulary in innovative sentences based on quantitative statistics and comparative analysis. Finally, it revealed the characteristics of academic innovation. [Result/Conclusion] Over time, original innovation in the information resource management is becoming increasingly difficult, while secondary innovation is increasing, such as specific applications and improvements. Additionally, there are few theoretical innovation studies and it is difficult to promote them. In contrast, scholars have made more achievements in specific application areas. Finally, the overall decline in creativity does not exclude individual highly original work, and the use of academic innovation vocabulary is correlated with the level of journal impact factors and the size of paper citations.
