摘要

[目的/意义]数据素养是高校图书馆员当前应必备的专业核心能力,国内外都在持续探索适合的馆员数据素养培育路径。我国在此方面尚处于起步阶段,调查和研究国外开展的高校图书馆员数据素养培育实践案例,归纳经验启示,有利于为我国馆员数据素养培育提供借鉴,提升培育质量。[方法/过程]选取国外12个馆员数据素养培育案例,结合3P教育模型和传播学5W理论,从培育前提、过程、结果三个方面进行分析研究并总结启示。[结果/结论]构建普适性的馆员数据素养培育模型,基于此提出思考,从培育主体、对象、内容、方式、结果等方面提出具体建议。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] Data literacy is the core professional competence of university librarians. The researchers both at home and abroad are continue to explore appropriate ways to cultivate librarians' data literacy. In this respect, China is still in the initial stage. To investigate and study the practice of data literacy cultivation of university librarians abroad and summarize the experience is conducive to improving the quality of cultivation and the ability of librarians.[Method/Process] This study selected 12 foreign cases in librarian data literacy cultivation on 3P education model and 5W theory of communication, conducted research from three aspects of presage, process and result, and summarized enlightenment.[Result/Conclusion] The study constructs a general model for the cultivation of librarian's data literacy and puts forward specific suggestions from the cultivation subject, object, content, method and result.
