摘要

[目的/意义]科学研究通常会涉及众多研究机构的合作,如何构建一个多维度的机构合作贡献度测算指数,是一个亟需解决的科学问题。[方法/过程]从学术贡献角度,以学术论文作为研究单元,以高校或科研院所作为评估对象,综合考虑活跃度、影响度、智力度多个维度,构建基于多个评价要素的融合贡献指数模型。并且以Web of Science核心合集中"人类表型组"大科学计划相关583篇学术论文作为实证分析样本数据集,开展面向科研机构这一实体的学术贡献测度研究。[结果/结论]研究结果表明当评估机构活跃度突出,单一指标就基本能稳定表示其贡献度;多维评价体系能够全面展示各个机构在不同维度的贡献度差异;去除"学术兼职"因素后,智力度层面评估有助于识别一些"虚假贡献";融合贡献指数作为一个复合评价指标,与其他科学计量指标相比,既能稳定揭示贡献度有绝对优势的机构,也能筛选出被严重低估贡献度的机构,还能准确识别出一些被夸大贡献度的机构,为多维度、客观评价学术机构在科研合作中做出的实际贡献提供一个新思路。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] A scientific research project is usually carried out by the cooperation with several institutes. So it is urgent to construct a multi-dimensional contribution index of institute cooperation.[Method/Process] From the perspective of academic contribution, this study took academic papers as research cells for universities or institutes evaluation. After considering multi-dimensions such as productivity, influence, and intelligence, it constructed an integration contribution index model based on multiple evaluation elements. Taking 583 academic papers from the "human phenome project" in web of science core collection as a sample dataset, it made a quantitative study on the academic contribution of institutes.[Result/Conclusion] It draws the following conclusions. When the activeness of the evaluated institute (total number of publications) is significance enough, a single indicator can stably display its contribution. A multidimensional evaluation system can comprehensively and objectively display the contribution difference in each institute in different dimensions. The assessment in the intelligence level helps to identify some 'false contributions' with the confirmation of the first institute. As a composite evaluation indicator, compared with other scientometrics indicators, the integrated contribution index can not only stably reveal institutes with absolute advantage in contribution, but also screen out the seriously underestimated ones, and accurately identify some exaggerated ones. It provides some new ideas for multidimensional and objective evaluation of the actual contribution by academic institutes.
