[目的/意义] “知识资源细颗粒度建设和标签标引”作为全国智慧图书馆体系建设的子项目，它的建设意味着开启了知识资源细颗粒管理的新时代。研究该项目的发展，可以为用户提供准确的、个性化的知识。[方法/过程] 阐述浙江省知识资源细颗粒度建设和标签标引项目的建设过程，并对取得的成效及存在的问题进行分析研究。[结果/结论] 提出知识资源细颗粒度和标签标引项目发展策略，要加强统筹协调，制定建设目标与规划，规范数字化流程质量管理，严审项目内容的敏感性，开展人员培训及加强颗粒化内容深度挖掘等研究。
[Purpose/Significance] As a part of the national smart library system, the project of “Fine Granularity Construction and Label Indexing of Knowledge Resources” signifies the beginning of a new era in knowledge resource management. The development of this project can provide users with accurate and personalized knowledge. [Method/ Process] This article elaborated on the development of the project, and analyzed the achievements and existing problems. [Result/Conclusion] It proposes the development strategy of the project, which includes strengthening overall coordination, formulating construction goals and plans, standardizing digital process quality management, rigorously reviewing the sensitivity of project content, conducting personnel training, and deep mining the granular content.
