摘要

[目的/意义] 为厘清科研工作者产生信息焦虑的根源,聚焦AIGC情境,阐明导致科研工作者产生信息焦虑的因素及其作用机制,为更好地缓解信息焦虑问题提供参考。[方法/过程] 利用解释现象学方法,对23份深度访谈数据进行诠释与分析,提炼出AIGC情境下科研工作者信息焦虑的影响因素,借助社会认知理论解析因素间关系以探究影响机制。[结果/结论] 研究识别出用户心理因素、信息素养因素、信息特质因素、科研环境因素和AIGC技术因素5类影响因素。其中,用户心理因素对信息焦虑起直接作用;信息素养因素作为内部情境因素与信息特质因素、科研环境因素、AIGC技术因素3类外部情境因素通过影响用户心理因素间接作用于信息焦虑。基于5类影响因素与信息焦虑之间的作用关系,构建了AIGC情境下科研工作者信息焦虑“认知—情境—行为”整合模型。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] Aiming to clarify the root of information anxiety among researchers, this study focuses on the AIGC context, elucidates the factors and their mechanisms that lead to information anxiety among researchers to provide references for alleviating information anxiety caused by artificial intelligence-generated content. [Method/Process] Using the interpretative phenomenological analysis method, 23 in-depth interviews are analyzed to extract the influencing factors of information anxiety among researchers in the context of AIGC. The relationships between factors are interpreted and constructed in the mechanism model by using social cognitive theory. [Result/Conclusion] This study identifies five categories of influencing factors: user psychological factors, information literacy factors, information characteristics factors, research environment factors, and AIGC technology factors. Among them, user psychological factors directly affect information anxiety. As internal contextual factors, information literacy factors, together with information characteristics factors, research environment factors and AIGC technology factors, have an indirect effect on information anxiety through influencing user psychological factors. Based on the interaction between five categories of factors and information anxiety, a “cognition-context-behavior” integrated model of information anxiety among scientific researchers under the AIGC context is constructed.
