摘要

[目的/意义] 探讨以ChatGPT为代表的大语言模型在科技期刊语义出版领域的变革和应用,积极推动科技期刊语义出版与人工智能的融合发展。[方法/过程] 在系统梳理科技期刊语义出版发展现状的基础上,分析ChatGPT对语义出版组织内容、组织方式、应用模式的影响;探讨融合大语言模型与知识组织工具的语义组织实施路径,最后提出人工智能时代推动科技期刊资源语义出版服务的策略。[结果/结论] 科技期刊需要创新语义组织路径,将大语言模型与知识组织工具相结合,通过大规模学术资源的预训练、基于标注数据的领域知识学习和策划、融合大语言模型的领域知识图谱构建,以及基于用户画像的智能内容生成服务,为科技期刊提供更全面和智能的应用方案。为了推进科技期刊语义出版服务,科技期刊需要综合考虑数据资源、出版流程、应用场景、同行评议等多个方面,既要充分发挥人工智能的优势和潜力,又要规避可能出现的问题和风险。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] This article aims to explore the transformation and application of large language models represented by ChatGPT in the field of semantic publishing of scientific journals, and actively promote the integration of semantic publishing of scientific journals and artificial intelligence. [Method/Process] Based on the systematic review of the semantic publishing development of scientific and technological journals, this article analyzed the impact of ChatGPT on the organizational content, organizational methods, and application models of semantic publishing. After exploring the implementation path of semantic organization that integrated large language models and knowledge organization tools, it proposed a strategy to promote semantic publishing services for scientific journal resources in the era of artificial intelligence. [Result/Conclusion] Science and technology journals need to innovate the semantic organization path, by combining large-scale language models with knowledge organization tools. Pre-training of large-scale academic resources, domain knowledge learning and curation based on annotated data, the construction of domain knowledge graphs integrating large language models, and intelligent content generation services based on user profiles, provide more comprehensive and intelligent solutions for science and technology journals. To promote semantic publishing services, scientific and technical journals need to comprehensively consider a few factors, such as data resources, publishing processes, application scenarios, and peer review, to give full play to the advantages and potential of AI, while avoiding possible problems and risks.
